Baritone Army is a world-wide organization of sonic military might, designed to subvert and attack the acoustic world with a disorientating and debilitating use of tone, volume, and freakishly foreign sound waves.
Founded in 2008 by Stefan Zeniuk, Baritone Army is a group of baritone saxophonists who disrupt public environments with flash improvisations, commercial confrontation, and a playful philosophy of social commentary through satire and absurdism, surrealism and sonic baths.
Baritone Army has active Chapters of the group in Vilnius (Lithuania), Bristol (UK), Austin (texas), and even at Truman State University (Missouri).
